We offer a number of ways to help you obtain the technical support you need and find answers to your technical questions about Sensoray products: Telephone SupportSensoray's technical support department is located at our corporate office in Tigard, Oregon. Our support staff is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time. Trouble Ticket SystemYou can fill out a trouble ticket to request help in resolving technical problems. Trouble tickets are handled promptly and are given top priority in resolving open issues.
